The Z axis of the CNC vertical machining center (XY linear guideways) adopts a box guideway and X/Y axis adopts linear guideway. This allows the machined materials to move all around rapidly. And the spindle can bear higher force than CNC vertical machining center with 3 axis linear guideways. Moreover, the machined products feature better precision than other CNC machining equipment.

Its base is designed with A-type structure, improving the vibration absorption effect.
The machine body adopts meehanite cast iron and undergoes tempering treatment to relive internal stress. This also ensures the rigidity, precision and durability.
Both ends of linear guideway adopts double nut for fixing. The supporting seats at both ends uses 5 ball bearing totally for locking and are pre-stretched to ensure constant precision in case of thermal expansion.
The lubricating system guarantees uniform oil at lubricating points. This enables the CNC machining center to maintain good lubricating properties and prolong service life.
