CNC machining centers are comprised of mechanical machining equipment controlled by computer numerical control (CNC) systems, such as our high efficiency automatic lathes which are applied for the processing of complex components. These machines are used to process various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, iron, alloy, and other metal materials, as well as plastic, insulating materials, and other non-metallic materials.
Tying CNC offers vertical CNC machining centers, gantry machining centers, CNC drilling and milling machines, CNC lathes and many other pieces of CNC machining equipment. They are widely applied in mold manufacturing and the machining of hardware accessories, timekeeper, gear and other precision parts.
Die and mold production is a sophisticated process and if you need to produce high-quality molds, you will also need high precision machining equipment.
Typically, molds are made from die steel, offering outstanding hardness. Then, machining precision and production efficiency need to be determined as even a slight deviation in mold tolerance will lead to mold scrap, which leads to wasted materials and money.
Metal parts produced using aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, zinc alloy, and other materials are found in almost all the vital equipment we use every day. Our phones, our cars, our bikes, these are all products that are the sum of a large quantity of parts that had to be precision machined in order to function properly and safely.
Common parts are produced in large quantities. Thus, the production efficiency is of great concern to manufacturers under the condition of ensured precision. The production efficiency of CNC mechanical equipment relies on the control system, motor, lead screw, guideway, machined materials, and many other factors. Tying CNC has many years of design and production experience with CNC machining centers. Therefore, we have the abilities to produce optimized machines, specially coordinated to ensure maximum machining efficiency.
Most common CNC machining equipment is suitable for the machining of workpieces with a size range within 1m. If you need to machine large components with sizes exceeding 1m, then you will require a CNC machining center with a large workbench or gantry machining center.
When machining large components, clamping and loading capacity are typically the most important factors to take into consideration. When designing CNC machines, Tying CNC tends to increase the machine weight or adopt an open structure with a gantry machining center. This method makes it convenient to lift the workpiece to the worktable. According to the hardness of the machined materials, the structures of the spindle and workbench will also differ. If you want to process steel materials with greater hardness, we recommend a machining center with 3-axis box guideways. If you will be working with a variety of materials, a machining center with X/Y-axis linear guideways and Z-axis box guideway would be more suitable as they offer greater flexibility.
The requirements for dimensional tolerance are very strict in some precision machining industries for products like watches, eyeglasses, gears and so on. For stainless steel, carbon steel, and some alloy metallic materials with higher hardness, meeting all of the processing requirements will be more difficult.
If you are machining a workpiece with a size within 300mm, the machining precision of Tying CNC machining equipment can reach 0.015mm. And usually, precision parts have higher requirements regarding surface smoothness. The high speed of our CNC machine can perfectly solve these problems.
